Authorities in Schuyler County announced the arrest of a Corning man at the end of April.
Todd M Eicher, 38, of Corning was arrested on April 29th and charged with third-degree unlawful manufacturing methamphetamine — a Class D felony and third-degree burglary — a Class D Felony.
It is alleged that Todd Eicher unlawfully entered a trailer in the Town of Tyrone while he was in possession of two or more items of laboratory equipment and two or more precursors, chemical reagents or solvents in any combination.
Eicher was arraigned in the Town of Tyrone Court and is remanded to the Schuyler County Jail without bail. Eicher is to reappear in the Town of Tyrone Court on a later date.
