The Seneca County Arts Council is offering a $500 scholarship to a 2017 high school graduate who plans to attend a college with a major in the arts. Applicants must be a resident of Seneca County. Applicants must be accepted and attending a college, university or post-secondary professional school to study either the visual, performing or written arts. Examples of acceptable programs include: graphic design, art or music therapy, journalism, etc. Non-specific liberal arts programs are not acceptable.
