del Lago Resort & Casino just had one of it’s best weeks ever.
The casino has only been open for a couple of months, but del Lago achieved its second-best week since opening on February 1st, according to filing with New York State.
The third week of April saw pre-tax revenues over $3.4 million, which was the second-highest gross gaming revenue total for any week since February.
Even more interesting, those figures reflect a smaller gaming floor. The casino revealed that the 2,001 slot machines that the facility started with has been reduced by roughly 30.
Now the facility only houses 1,976.
Tables games saw $4.29 million played, while gross gaming revenue came in at $971,311.
