Police say a Moravia man was the victim in a fatal accident, which happened in Skaneateles on Wednesday.
Anthony J. Labaro, 26, of Moravia was traveling on County Line Rd. heading south when the driver failed to negotiate a turn properly, resulting in the vehicle traveling off the road — slamming into a group of trees.
The pickup truck then burst into flames, according to the report.
The investigation is continuing into the accident, according to State Police.
