On Tuesday at approximately 1:28 am deputies in Ontario County arrested a 45-year-old Shortsville man for driving while intoxicated in the Town of Manchester.
Deputies arrested Jason D. Rush, 45, of Shortsville on Sufford Rd. after a traffic stop when they observed his pickup truck failing to keep right. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, and failure to keep right.
HE will answer the charges in Manchester Town Court.
