The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 45-year-old Geneva man following a complaint from a citizen.
Deputies say Jason B. Osgood, 45, of Geneva was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Deputies were assisted by the Geneva Police Department on State Rt. 5&20 in Geneva after a complaint came into the Ontario County 911 Office for a gray Ford Mustang driving all over the road.
Upon arrest, Osgood was brought to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office where he refused to submit to a breath test to determine the amount of alcohol in his blood.
Osgood had an expired and revoked New York State driver’s license, according to deputies.
