On Saturday, a Victor man was charged with driving while intoxicated after deputies were called to the scene of a minor accident.
Christopher J. McDaniels, 22, of Victor was charged with driving while intoxicated after deputies were called to a scene on Coville St. in the Village of Victor where he had driven his vehicle into a ditch.
Further investigation revealed that he was under the influence of alcohol and a breath test showed that he was above the legal limit.
He was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
