An Auburn man has been charged with rape.
Mitchell P. Squires, 21, of Auburn, was picked up on a warrant April 5 and charged with third-degree rape, a Class E felony, and forcible touching, a misdemeanor, according to the Auburn Police Department. He is accused of having sex in July with an individual under 17 years old.
