Del Lago Resort & Casino opened Feb. 1 on a parcel of land north of the Thruway and east of Route 414. The experience of adopting a Planned Unit Development amendment to the town’s 1995 zoning code and going through the State Environmental Quality Review Act process has prompted town officials to be ready for additional development.
A joint meeting of the Town Board and the town Planning Board is set for Monday.
