Police in Penn Yan say a 37-year-old village resident was arrested after a traffic stop on Stark Ave.
Officers stopped Roger A. Keech, and found that he was driving with a revoked license. It had been revoked for a DWI conviction from 2012. While searching the vehicle officers located a pill bottle containing two micro zip lock bags with cocaine, two plastic straws with cocaine residue and a razor blade with cocaine residue.
He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without an ignition interlock device and improper turn signal.
He was arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court and will answer the charges at a later date.
