On April 2nd around 1:02 am deputies arrested a Rochester man for driving while intoxicated after they found his vehicle in Farmington — partially in a ditch.
Deputies charged Anthony T. Perry, 56, of Rochester with aggravated driving while intoxicated after an investigation of a reckless driver. When deputies arrived they found a pickup truck partially in a ditch on Yerkes Rd.
He was arraigned in Farmington Town Court and will answer the charge at a later date.
