On April 3rd at 5:52 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brittney D. Cole, 25, of Seneca Falls for second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following a domestic incident at her residence.
Cole is accused of punching another individual and utilizing a wooden board to crack the windshield of a vehicle, causing approximately $200 worth of damage.
She was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on April 13th at 10:00 am.
