A 19-year-old Farmington man was arrested for petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to police after an investigation into an incident that happened around March 20th.
Jason D. Elliott, 19, of Farmington was charged and arraigned in Bristol Town Court after the investigation concluded into the Egypt Rd. incident.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail and is scheduled to appear at a later date to answer the charges.
