Exelon Corp. announced today that it has completed the $110 million acquisition of FitzPatrick nuclear plant in Oswego County, a deal that once seemed a long shot and which preserves nearly 600 high-paying jobs.
Exelon has named Joseph Pacher as the new site vice president in charge of FitzPatrick. Pacher replaces Brian Sullivan, who remained with Entergy Corp., the plant’s former owner.
