On March 22nd the Waterloo Police Department arrested Anthony M. Silbernagel, 27, of Waterloo for second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest.
Silbernagel is accused of becoming disruptive, and fighting with police during arraignment on separate charges on March 1st.
He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
