Deputies in Wayne County arrested an Auburn man following a sex offender investigation.
Michael A. Soggs, 35, of Auburn was charged with failure to register. He was wanted on an arrest warrant previously, and failed to register, according to deputies.
He was arraigned in Lyons Town Court and released. The charges will be answered in Lyons Town Court.
