Deputies in Ontario County say that a 24-year-old Bloomfield man is facing an aggravated DWI charge after a crash on East Lake Rd.
Jacob L. Nichols, 24, of Bloomfield was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after he was traveling northbound on East Lake Rd. in Richmond — and lost control of the vehicle. He crashed into a ditch, and when authorities arrived — Nichols was found to have a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent.
He will answer the charge in Richmond Town Court.
