The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 20th at approximately 4:45 pm deputies responded to a traffic complaint on State Rt. 414.
It would ultimately result in a DWI arrest, as 31-year-old Ryan Cordeiro, of Rochester was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was also found to be possessing a quantity of marijuana. As deputies searched the vehicle they found several open containers of alcohol.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
