THREE CHARGED: Another suspect arrested in Wadsworth St. shooting

On Wednesday, the Geneva Police Department’s Detective Bureau and the Rochester U.S. Marshals Task Force apprehended the third suspect involved in the Wadsworth St. shooting in the city of Geneva.

Joshua Quincy Johnson, 24, of Rochester was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, three counts of first-degree robbery, and four counts of first-degree burglary.

All of the charges are Class D and B felonies.

The arrest took place, without incident, at a residence in Rochester. Geneva Police Detectives transported the suspect back to Geneva for processing without incident.

Another suspect, who was the first to be arrested — identified as Khaishia Parker, was taken into custody again at the same location in Rochester.

On March 16th Derrick Settles, 24, of Rochester was taken into custody and charged with two counts of first-degree assault — Class B felonies, two counts of second-degree assault, three counts of first-degree burglary, and four counts of fourth-degree robbery.

He was arraigned in Ontario County Court.

The December 8th shooting resulted in two victims suffering extensive injuries. Adrian Porter, 43, of Geneva was hospitalized at Strong Memorial Hospital and required multiple surgeries and extensive recovery time after suffering a gunshot wound to the stomach.
