A Cheektowaga woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on State Rt. 14 in Phelps.
Deputies say 27-year-old Martina B. Comer was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after she was stopped for failing to keep right.
She had a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent. She also had a revoked license due to a previous DWI conviction in Erie County.
Comer was remanded to the Ontario County Jail and will return to Phelps Court at a later date.
