A lengthy investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office into an alleged burglary that took place on February 1st has resulted in the arrest of a Newark and Farmington duo, who allegedly worked together to steal items from a location in Farmington.
On Tuesday, Ryan James Dingman, 32, of Newark was charged with second-degree burglary. He allegedly entered a residence in Farmington and assisted in stealing an Xbox gaming system.
Ariel Sorel, 32, of Farmington had previously been arrested and charged with second-degree burglary after the incident.
Dingman was arraigned in Farmington Town court and released.
