On Saturday around 12:23 pm deputies responded to Fort Hill Rd. in Seneca for an accident involving two vehicles.
Deputies say an SUV operated by Judy Buddle, of Geneva was traveling south on Fort Hill Rd. when it turned left in front of a sedan operated by Kara Maples, of Geneva.
Buddle suffered a leg injury in the accident and was transported to Clifton Springs Hopstial by private vehicle for treatment. All parties involved were wearing seat belts, according to deputies.
Deputies also say that Buddle was issued a traffic ticket for failing to yield the right of way. Maples was issued a traffic ticket for operating her vehicle with a suspended registration.
Both will appear in Seneca Town Court to answer the charges.
