On Tuesday March 7th, 2017 at 9:58 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Gregory J. Vanderwerff, 22, of Seneca Falls and Jovaughn M. Mcleod, 22, of Auburn.
The arrests stem from a traffic stop that was conducted on March 2nd, 2017 at 11:08 pm on Auburn Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. Following the traffic stop and further investigation into the incident Vanderwerff was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
Mcleod was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana a violation and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Both individuals were released on appearance tickets and are due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 3rd at 6 pm.
