Members of the Penn Yan Police Department report the arrest of a Pittsford man after a Superior Court Warrant was issued for his arrest.
Officers say Michael J. Bruno, 24, of Pittsford was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminally injecting a narcotic drug. He’s accused of possessing and injecting other individuals with heroin in September 2015.
Bruno was taken into custody at the Monroe County Jail where he was being held on unrelated charges. He was arraigned in Yates County Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $35,000 cash bail or $70,000 secured bond.
