On March 11th members of the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Zachary A.J. Foe, 21, of Canandaigua for third-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
An investigation into an unrelated matter revealed that Foe was harvesting a marijuana grow operation within his apartment at the Camelot Square Apartments. More than eight ounces of marijuana was seized from Foe’s home, according to police.
He was taken into custody without incident, processed and arraigned in Canandaigua City Court where he will answer the charges on March 13th at 8:30 am.
He is being held at the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash bail.
Additional charges are pending, according to police.
