On March 8th deputies in Ontario County arrested John T. Romaka, 54, of Houston, Texas for driving while intoxicated after a vehicle in a ditch was discovered.
Deputies say Tomaka was operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition when his vehicle was discovered in a ditch in the area of High St. and Gillis Rd. in Victor.
He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital due to his intoxication level.
