Waterloo ice cream stand in line for planning board review

A new ice cream stand may open this year at 29 Border City Road in the town of Waterloo. The Seneca County Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday do a site-plan review of the plans submitted for the ice cream stand by Jean Nardozzi.

The ice cream stand would have access from Border City Road and Pre-Emption Road. The board also will do a subdivision review for the Phyllis Hudson Revocable Trust in the towns of Romulus and Varick.

The property owners wish to subdivide their property for the purpose of dividing and settling an estate. The land is on East Lake Road, Route 96A and Kennedy Road in the towns of Romulus and Varick.
