A 74-year-old Shortsville man was charged with driving while intoxicated after deputies in Ontario County received notification of a sick or intoxicated driver at the 911 Center.
The driver was said to be traveling down State Rt. 21 at just 15 mph.
Deputies identified that driver as James H. Devlin, of Shortsville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and issued appearance tickets.
He will answer the charges in Manchester Town Court at a later date.
