“Serial flasher” pleads guilty in Victor court

The man police call a, “serial flasher,” on Thursday pleaded guilty to exposing himself to two children inside a store in Victor, Ontario County. Paul Goodrell has a history involving dozens of incidents dating back to 1989 and was out of prison in the first place because his sentence was cut in half.

Cameras were in Victor Town court as Goodrell faced the newest allegations. Two 11-year-old siblings told police they were stalked through the Michael’s store by a partially nude man. He was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Goodrell is a level three sex offender who had been out on parole just three months when the incident occurred January 22, 2017.
