Deputies in Wayne County report the arrest of a Lyons man following a verbal incident at 80 Broad Street.
Authorities were called to the scene for the report of a family incident, which involved Walter J. Lacroix having a verbal dispute with an ex-girlfriend. He then struck a TV causing it to fall and break. He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and sent to the Wayne County Jail.
The charges will be answered in Lyons Town Court.
