City and state officials behind the development of a regional tourism center in downtown Auburn are still working to choose a firm to design the facility.
Auburn City Manager Jeff Dygert said Tuesday that the search has been narrowed from around seven firms to four to spearhead the design process behind the proposed Central New York Regional Welcoming Center. The proposed project site is 25 South St., the municipal parking lot across from the Auburn YMCA.
