Woman injures male victim after brandishing knife in Lodi domestic incident

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday at at 3:30 pm, deputies arrested 20-year-old Brelynn B. Vorrasi of 2110 West Seneca Street in Lodi following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred at a separate location in the Town of Lodi. It is alleged that Vorrasi engaged in a physical altercation with a male victim at his residence.

During the dispute, Vorrasi brandished a knife and caused physical injury to the male victim’s hand and also damaged a vehicle.

Vorrasi was charged with attempted assault in the 2nd degree, and criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, both class E felonies. Vorrasi was also charged with one count of menacing in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, both class A misdemeanors.

Vorrasi was arraigned in the Town of Covert court where she was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $1,000 cash bail $2,000  secured bond . She is to re appear in the Town of Covert Court on the 22nd of February at 9:30am for a felony hearing. A stay away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
