Lodi woman faces felony charges after domestic incident

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 19th at at 3:30 pm deputies arrested 20-year-old Brelynn B. Vorrasi of Lodi following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in Lodi.

It is alleged that Vorrasi engaged in a physical altercation with a male victim at his residence. During this dispute, Vorrasi brandished a knife and caused physical injury to the male victim’s hand and also damaged a vehicle.

She was charged with second-degree attempted assault and third-degree criminal mischief — both Class E felonies.

Vorrasi was also charged with one count of third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

She was arraigned in the Town of Covert Court where she was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.

Vorrasi will appear in the Covert Town Court on the February 22nd at 9:30 am for a felony hearing.

A stay away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
