Penn Yan man facing even more felony drug charges after investigation ends

A Penn Yan man is facing multiple charges after an investigation into drug sales, which spanned months.

Officers arrested Todd J. Becker, 30, of Penn Yan on an array of drug related charges. The arrest took place on Monday at 6:51 pm.

Becker was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree criminal nuisance.

Becker is currently incarcerated at the Yates County Jail pending court action on other drug sale and possession charges. The Penn Yan Police Department thanked the public for providing tips, which were crucial to the additional charges against Becker.

He is accused of running an illegal drug sale business, as well as other illegal activities out of his home on Geneva Street.

All of the additional charges against Becker are felonies.
