A Seneca Falls man is facing multiple felony charges after a search warrant was executed at 51 Rumsey Street on February 7th.
The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that Zachery D. Bishop, 20, of Seneca Falls was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
During the investigation, police say they seized a large quantity of cocaine, cutting agents, drug paraphernalia and packaging material used commonly in illicit drug activity.
Bishop was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where the judge released Bishop to a third party.
He is scheduled to appear in court again on March 2nd.
