Penn Yan Police arrested a 30-year-old man after a superior court warrant was issued for his arrest.
Todd J. Becker, of Penn Yan was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
A month long investigation determined that Becker was selling heroin in Yates County. He was remanded to the Yates County Jail on $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.
