On Wednesday around 11:10 am deputies in Ontario County arrested Josef Luin Eldredge, 46, of Gorham for driving while ability impaired by drugs following an accident.
Deputies say that Eldredge crossed over the center line while eastbound on County Road 18. His vehicle went off the road striking a culvert, mailbox, and driveway culvert.
The vehicle then flipped and landed on a fence on it’s wheels. He was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs and failure to keep right.
The defendant was arraigned in Hopewell and will answer the charge at a later date.
