A man who was charged in December with committing a burglary in Locke was charged Wednesday in connection with a second burglary.
Scott M. Stockton, 29, was charged with second-degree burglary on Feb. 1, according to the New York State Police in Auburn. State police said a burglary in Locke was reported on Sept. 28. State police said Stockton, who had already been charged for a different burglary in Locke that allegedly took place in September 2016, was brought to Locke Town Court Wednesday and remanded to Cayuga County Jail.
