The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Waterloo man for driving while intoxicated.
Officers say that on Friday around 11:40 pm they arrested Paul Dendis, 25, of Waterloo for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Fall Street.
Dendis was processed and later released on tickets for driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher. He was also issued citations for failure to keep right and refusing a preliminary breath test.
Dendis is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 20th.
