Deputies in Ontario County say that one person was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital after a crash involving two vehicles on State Route 5 and Old Mill Road in Seneca.
Brian L. Wood was traveling north on Old Mill Road and failed to sotp for the stop sign at State Route 5 and entered the path of another vehicle that was traveling east. The second vehicle was being operated by Lance S. Windspear.
Windspear’s passenger — identified as Mark W. Windspear was the front right passenger in the vehicle and suffered minor injuries — requiring him to be transported to Thompson Hospital.
Wood was issued a citation for failure to stop. All parties involved were wearing seat belts.
