Deputies say a 22-year-old Geneva woman was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child less than 15-years-old in the car on Saturday after a minor crash.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday around 9:45 am deputies arrested Victoria A. Golden, 22, of Geneva for driving while intoxicated, and aggravated driving while intoxicated for operating a vehicle with a child less than 15-years-old in the car.
Golden had driven her car into a ditch at the intersection of State Route 14 and Gambee Road in the Town of Geneva. The 11-year-old passenger in the vehicle suffered a chest injury and was treated and released at the scene by Finger Lakes Ambulance.
Golden was uninjured and was issued tickets for the above charges.
