An Auburn man was arrested Wednesday after officers found several envelopes of heroin while he was parked outside of a Dunkin' Donuts, the Auburn Police Department said. Charles E. Henry, Jr., 33, of Auburn, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.
