Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Jamahl J. Null, 47, of Waterloo for a criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Waterloo Court for failure to appear on the original charge of Petit Larceny.
Null was found to have a warrant for his arrest and alleged to having possessed a schedule II controlled substance while deputies were investigating a complaint of trespass in the Town of Waterloo.
He was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1500 cash bail, $3000 secured bond. Null is to reappear in the Town of Waterloo Court on February 10th 2017 at 0930hrs to answer the charges.
