Two suspects are sought after several shots were fired at an unmarked police cruiser near the Le Moyne campus on Monday night, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. The shooting prompted a massive police presence near the area of Springfield Road and the road was temporarily shut down.
Deputies say the initial incident occurred on Canton Drive, where a deputy in an unmarked vehicle was working on another investigation.
