Webster woman charged with DWI after accident on Plastermill Rd. in Farmington

On January 21st New York State Police from the Canandaigua barracks were dispatched to a reported property damage accident on Plastermill Road, in the town of Farmington.

The driver was identified as 25-year-old Marissa D. Pecora, of Webster.

During the investigation the Trooper noted a strong alcohol odor emanating from the vehicle. Pecora was administered standardized field sobriety tests, which she failed. She was taken into custody and transported to State Police Canandaigua for further processing. She submitted to a chemical test where her blood-alcohol content result was .18 percent .

Pecora was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated – first offense and issued uniform traffic tickets. He is scheduled to appear in Farmington Court on February 20th at 6:00 pm.
