Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts says an 18-year-old Ontario man was arrested after a disturbance in the Town of Walworth.
Deputies arrested Joseph A. Sisca, 18, of Ontario following a disturbance where he allegedly went to another person’s residence — confronting them and damaging property.
He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, and was arraigned in Walworth Town Court.
He will answer the charges at a later date in Walworth Town Court. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
