On January 21st around 1:50 am deputies in Tompkins County arrested a Spencer resident after he was found to be driving while intoxicated.
Corbin E. Boisvert, 29, of Spencer was stopped in his Toyota Prius on Danby Road in Ithaca for speeding. When deputies investigated they found that the vehicle was suspended and had no insurance.
Boisvert was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more, suspended registration, operating without insurance, and speed in zone.
He was released to a third-party and is set to appear in Ithaca Town Court on February 9th at 9 am.
