Deputies in Ontario County say a Rochester man is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop on State Route 64 in the Town of Bristol.
James C. Barbour, 35, of Rochester was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 64. Deputies say that the traffic stop was initiated after Barbour was observed speeding. He was also found to be in possession of a green leafy, which was identified as marijuana. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after his blood-alcohol content was found to be .20, according deputies. He was also issued traffic citations for speeding, and driving while intoxicated — in addition to the aggravated driving while intoxicated charge.
The charges will be answered in Bristol Town Court.
