On January 15th at about 9:35 pm deputies responded to an address on German Cross Road in the Town of Dryden for a reported domestic dispute.
Once on scene, deputies identified one of the parties in the residence as Phillip M. Lewis, 26, of Dryden. Lewis had previously been served with a full stay away order of protection which prohibited him from being at the incident location.
He was placed under arrest and transported to the Sheriff’s Office. No Dryden Justices were available, so Ithaca Town Justice Salk was contacted for arraignment.
Judge Salk requested an appearance ticket be issued in the matter. He is set to appear in the Town of Dryden Court on February 6th, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
