As the new marketing manager of Fingerlakes Mall, Dann Walsh sees his role as continuing, and widening, its recent mission. It’s a mission with two parts: community and commerce.
Picking up where predecessor Vin Gleason left off, Walsh said he will work to increase the mall’s slate of entertainment. Having started his position Dec. 27, he saw the mall’s power as an events venue when it hosted a show by the Rochester Rabbit and Cavy Breeders Association Jan. 7. Walsh estimated 500 people came to see the event’s 1,500 bunnies.
